We hereby inform that, on 19th September, 2011, 800 units of commercial paper, with a nominal value of 50.000,00 EUR, of the company Sonae Investimentos, S.G.P.S., S.A., shall be registered, regarding the issue "Sonae Inv. - 322ª Emissão PC - PRG 250 M EUR", under the code MO1QJM.
This issue will be cancelled on 21th November, 2011.
