We hereby inform that, on 3rd October, 2011, 400 units of commercial paper, with a nominal value of 50.000,00 EUR, of the company Sonae Investimentos, S.G.P.S., S.A., shall be registered, regarding the issue "Sonae Investimentos - 65ª Emissão PC. - PRG.20 M.EUR", under the code MO1TJM.
This issue will be cancelled on 10th October, 2011.
