We hereby inform that, on 6th October, 2011, 380 units of commercial paper, with a nominal value of 50.000,00 EUR, of the company REN - Redes Energéticas Nacionais, S.G.P.S., S.A., shall be registered, regarding the issue "REN S.G.P.S. - 76ª Emissão PC - PRG.100 M. EUR", under the code RE4AJM.
This issue will be cancelled on 20th October, 2011.
