We hereby inform that, on 19th October, 2011, 240 units of commercial paper, with a nominal value of 50.000,00 EUR, of the company REN - Redes Energéticas Nacionais, S.G.P.S., S.A., shall be registered, regarding the issue "REN S.G.P.S. 2008 - 329ª Emissão PC - PRG.200 M. EUR", under the code RE2HJM.
This issue will be cancelled on 25th October, 2011.
