We hereby inform that, on 2nd December, 2011, 900 units of commercial paper, with a nominal value of 50.000,00 EUR, of the company BRISA - CONCESSÃO Rodoviária, S.A., shall be registered, regarding the issue "BRISA 2011 - 3ª Emissão PC - Programa 300M EUR", under the code B2SIJM.
This issue will be cancelled on 23th January, 2012.
