We hereby inform that, on 14th December, 2011, 250.000 units, regarding the increase of the issue "Warrants sobre Allianz SE-Call-95 EUR-14.03.2012", issued by the company Commerzbank Aktiengesellshaft, were registered, under the code KEVHWP. These warrants are fungible with 500.000 warrants already issued (total amount in circulation: 750.000).
