We hereby inform that, on 30th December, 2011, 1.300 units of commercial paper, with a nominal value of 50.000,00 EUR, of the company REN - Redes Energéticas Nacionais, S.G.P.S., S.A., shall be registered, regarding the issue "REN S.G.P.S. 2008 - 373ª Emissão PC - PRG.200 M. EUR ", under the code RE3YJM.
This issue will be cancelled on 5th January, 2012.
