We hereby inform that, on 9th January, 2012, 555 units of commercial paper, with a nominal value of 50.000,00 EUR, of the company SEMAPA - Sociedade de Investimento e Gestão - S.G.P.S., S.A., shall be registered, regarding the issue "SEMAPA - 27ª Emissão PC - PRG 70 M EUR", under the code S5MGJM.
This issue will be cancelled on 9th February, 2012.
