We hereby inform that, on 30th January, 2012, 2.560 units of commercial paper, with a nominal value of 50.000,00 EUR, of the company Sonae Investimentos, S.G.P.S., S.A., shall be registered, regarding the issue "Sonae Inv. - 331 EMISSAO PC - PRG 250 M EUR (BESI)", under the code MO2MJM.
This issue will be cancelled on 30th March, 2012.
