We hereby inform that, on 10th February, 2012, 2.000 units of commercial paper, with a nominal value of 50.000,00 EUR, of the company REN - Redes Energéticas Nacionais, S.G.P.S., S.A., shall be registered, regarding the issue "REN S.G.P.S. - 15ª Emissão PC - PRG.100 M. EUR", under the code RE4BJM.
This issue will be cancelled on 6th March, 2012.
