We hereby inform that, on 23th February, 2012, 5.000 units of commercial paper, with a nominal value of 50.000,00 EUR, of the company PARPÚBLICA - Participações Públicas - S.G.P.S., S.A., shall be registered, regarding the issue "Grupo PARPÚBLICA - 11ª Emissão PC - Prg Grupado 300 M EUR", under the code PE1VJM.
This issue will be cancelled on 23th March, 2012.
