We hereby inform that, on 6th March, 2012, 1.140 units of commercial paper, with a nominal value of 50.000,00 EUR, of the company REN - Redes Energéticas Nacionais, S.G.P.S., S.A., shall be registered, regarding the issue "REN SGPS 2008 - 401ª Emissão PC - PRG 200 M EUR", under the code RE4KJM.
This issue will be cancelled on 21th March, 2012.
