We hereby inform that, on 6th March, 2012, 2.000 units of commercial paper, with a nominal value of 50.000,00 EUR, of the company REN - Redes Energéticas Nacionais, S.G.P.S., S.A., shall be registered, regarding the issue "REN S.G.P.S.-16 EMISSAO PC-PRG 100 M. EUR (BANCO POP.)", under the code RE4LJM.
This issue will be cancelled on 10th April, 2012.
