We hereby inform that, on 8th March, 2012, 300 units of commercial paper, with a nominal value of 50.000,00 EUR, of the company BRISA - CONCESSÃO Rodoviária, S.A., shall be registered, regarding the issue "BRISA 2011 - 13ª Emissão PC - Programa 300M EUR (CBI)", under the code B2SOJM.
This issue will be cancelled on 10th April, 2012.
