We hereby inform that, on 8th March, 2012, 4.000 units of commercial paper, with a nominal value of 50.000,00 EUR, of the company ZON Multimédia - Serviços de Telecomunicações e Multimédia - S.G.P.S., S.A., shall be registered, regarding the issue "ZON Multimedia - 4ª Emissão PC - PRG 200 M EUR (BESI)", under the code ZM1JJM.
This issue will be cancelled on 10th April, 2012.
