We hereby inform that, on 9th March, 2012, 3.000 units of commercial paper, with a nominal value of 50.000,00 EUR, of the company GALP Energia - S.G.P.S., S.A., shall be registered, regarding the issue "GALP Energia - 292ª Emissão PC - PRG 150M EUR (BST)", under the code GA2TJM.
This issue will be cancelled on 10th April, 2012.
