We hereby inform that, on 9th March, 2012, 500 units of commercial paper, with a nominal value of 50.000,00 EUR, of the company Sonae Investimentos, S.G.P.S., S.A., shall be registered, regarding the issue "Sonae Invest. - 35ª em PC - PRG 75.000.000 EUR (BESI)", under the code MO2PJM.
This issue will be cancelled on 9th May, 2012.
