We hereby inform that, on 12th March, 2012, 1.200 units of commercial paper, with a nominal value of 50.000,00 EUR, of BCP - Banco Comercial Português, S.A., shall be registered, regarding the issue "BCP/2012 - EUR 60 M. - VM's Curto Prazo - Abril 2012 - Série 161", under the code BC2AJM.
This issue will be cancelled on 12th April, 2012.
