We hereby inform that, on 15th March, 2012, 800 units of commercial paper, with a nominal value of 50.000,00 EUR, of the company Amoreiras Center - Sociedade Imobiliária, S.A., shall be registered, regarding the issue "Amoreiras Center 2012 - 3ª Emissão PC - PRG 40 M EUR ", under the code AM1EJM.
This issue will be cancelled on 16th April, 2012.
