We hereby inform that, on 2nd April, 2012, 1.300 units of commercial paper, with a nominal value of 50.000,00 EUR, of the company BRISA - CONCESSÃO Rodoviária, S.A., shall be registered, regarding the issue "BRISA 2011 - 16ª Emissão PC - Programa 300M EUR", under the code B2SRJM.
This issue will be cancelled on 2nd May, 2012.
