We hereby inform that, on 16th April, 2012, 1.800 units of commercial paper, with a nominal value of 50.000,00 EUR, of the company BRISA - CONCESSÃO Rodoviária, S.A., shall be registered, regarding the issue "BRISA 2011 - 18ª EMISSAO PC - PROGRAMA 300M EUR (CBI)", under the code B2STJM.
This issue will be cancelled on 15th May, 2012.
