We hereby inform that, on 16th April, 2012, 100 units of commercial paper, with a nominal value of 50.000,00 EUR, of the company SAG Gest - Soluções Automóvel Globais - S.G.P.S., S.A., shall be registered, regarding the issue "SAG GEST, S.G.P.S. - 11ª EMISSAO PC-PRG 10 M EUR (BANIF)", under the code SA1MJM.
This issue will be cancelled on 14th May, 2012.
