We hereby inform that, on 3rd May, 2012, 180 units of commercial paper, with a nominal value of 50.000,00 EUR, of the company REN - Redes Energéticas Nacionais, S.G.P.S., S.A., shall be registered, regarding the issue "REN SGPS 2008 - 426ª EMISSÃO- PGR EUR 200M ", under the code RE3PJM.
This issue will be cancelled on 4th May, 2012.
