We hereby inform that, on 4th May, 2012, 100 units of commercial paper, with a nominal value of 50.000,00 EUR, of the company REN - Redes Energéticas Nacionais, S.G.P.S., S.A., shall be registered, regarding the issue "REN SGPS 2008 - 427 EMISSAO PC-PRG 200 M EUR (BST)", under the code RE3JJM.
This issue will be cancelled on 10th May, 2012.
