We hereby inform that, as a result of the existence of the conditions for the anticipated loss of the rights inherent to "Warrants Estruturados sobre Dax - Put - 6.700 EUR - 13.06.2012.", issued by Commerzbank Aktiengesellshaft, and registered under the code KEIGWP, one was cancelled the registry on 30^th April, 2012.
