Cancellation of the registry of BAFPOE

We hereby inform that, on 8^th May, 2012, the issue of bonds "Banif/2009 - EUR 500 M Fix.R.Guaranteed Unsubordinated Notes due 2012", registered in the Securities Central under the code BAFPOE, shall be cancelled, due to its total redemption take place on that date.
