We hereby inform that, on 11th May, 2012, 220 units of commercial paper, with a nominal value of 50.000,00 EUR, of the company REN - Redes Energéticas Nacionais, S.G.P.S., S.A., shall be registered, regarding the issue "REN SGPS 2008 - 430ª EM. PC - PROG. 200 M.EUR (BST)", under the code RE2CJM.
This issue will be cancelled on 31th May, 2012.
