We hereby inform that, on 11th May, 2012, 150 units of commercial paper, with a nominal value of 50.000,00 EUR, of the company EDIFER - INVESTIMENTOS, SOCIEDADE GESTORA DE PARTICIPAÇÕES SOCIAIS S.A., shall be registered, regarding the issue "EDIFER INV.-23 EMISSAO PC GRUPADO-PRG 7,5 M EUR (BANIF)", under the code ED3CJM.
This issue will be cancelled on 11th June, 2012.
