We hereby inform that, on 14th May, 2012, 5.000 units of commercial paper, with a nominal value of 50.000,00 EUR, of the company GALP Energia - S.G.P.S., S.A., shall be registered, regarding the issue "GALP ENERGIA - 82ª EMISSAO PC - PRG 250 M EUR (BST)", under the code GA2XJM.
This issue will be cancelled on 13th June, 2012.
