We hereby inform that, on 16th May, 2012, 800 units of commercial paper, with a nominal value of 50.000,00 EUR, of the company Amoreiras Center - Sociedade Imobiliária, S.A., shall be registered, regarding the issue "AMOREIRAS CENTER 2012-5 EMISSAO PC-PRG 40 M EUR (BST)", under the code AM1GJM.
This issue will be cancelled on 16th June, 2012.
