We hereby inform that, on 16th May, 2012, 80 units of commercial paper, with a nominal value of 50.000,00 EUR, of the company REN - Redes Energéticas Nacionais, S.G.P.S., S.A., shall be registered, regarding the issue "REN SGPS 2008-432 EMISSAO PC PRG.200 M. EUR (BST)", under the code RE2BJM.
This issue will be cancelled on 18th May, 2012.
