We hereby inform that, on 23th May, 2012, 260 units of commercial paper, with a nominal value of 50.000,00 EUR, of the company REN - Redes Energéticas Nacionais, S.G.P.S., S.A., were registered, regarding the issue "REN S.G.P.S. 2008 - 437ª Emissão PC-PRG 200 M Eur", under the code RE2HJM.
This issue will be cancelled on 25th June, 2012.
