We hereby inform that, on 15th June, 2012, 800 units of commercial paper, with a nominal value of 50.000,00 EUR, of the company Amoreiras Center - Sociedade Imobiliária, S.A., shall be registered, regarding the issue "Amoreiras Center 2012 - 6ª Emissão PC - PRG 40 M EUR", under the code AM1HJM.
This issue will be cancelled on 13th July, 2012.
