We hereby inform that, on 20th August, 2012, 60 units of commercial paper, with a nominal value of 50.000,00 EUR, of the company SOMAGUE Engenharia, S.A., shall be registered, regarding the issue "SOMAGUE - 54ª Emissão PC Grupado - PRG 3 M EUR", under the code S0AIJM.
This issue will be cancelled on 20th September, 2012.
