We hereby inform that, on 10th October, 2012, 2.000 units of commercial paper, with a nominal value of 50.000,00 EUR, of the company CIMPOR - Cimentos de Portugal - S.G.P.S., S.A., shall be registered, regarding the issue "GRUPO CIMPOR 2012 - 4ª EM PC - PRG 300M EUR (BST)", under the code CPRBJM.
This issue will be cancelled on 31th October, 2012.
