We hereby inform that, on 19th October, 2012, 60 units of commercial paper, with a nominal value of 50.000,00 EUR, of the company SOMAGUE Engenharia, S.A., shall be registered, regarding the issue "SOMAGUE - 56ª Emissão PC Grupado - PRG 3 M EUR", under the code S0AKJM.
This issue will be cancelled on 19th November, 2012.
