We hereby inform that, on 22th October, 2012, 100 units of commercial paper, with a nominal value of 50.000,00 EUR, of the company EDA - Empresa de Electricidade dos Açores, S.A., shall be registered, regarding the issue "EDA - 3ª EM. PC - PRG 5.000.000 EUR (BANIF B.INV.)", under the code EDAMJM.
This issue will be cancelled on 22th November, 2012.
