We hereby inform that, on 8th November, 2012, 150 units of commercial paper, with a nominal value of 50.000,00 EUR, of the company EDIFER - INVESTIMENTOS, SOCIEDADE GESTORA DE PARTICIPAÇÕES SOCIAIS S.A., shall be registered, regarding the issue "EDIFER Inv. - 27ª Emissão PC Grupado - PRG 7,5 M EUR", under the code ED3GJM.
This issue will be cancelled on 7th December, 2012.
