We hereby inform that, on 22th November, 2012, 100 units of commercial paper, with a nominal value of 50.000,00 EUR, of the company EDA - Empresa de Eletricidade dos Açores, S.A., shall be registered, regarding the issue "EDA - 4ª Emissão PC - PRG. 5 M. EUR", under the code EDANJM.
This issue will be cancelled on 21th December, 2012.
