We hereby inform that, on 14th January, 2013, 2.000 units of commercial paper, with a nominal value of 50.000,00 EUR, of the company GALP Energia - S.G.P.S., S.A., shall be registered, regarding the issue "GALP Energia 2012 - 2ª Emissão PC - PRG 100M EUR", under the code GA2KJM.
This issue will be cancelled on 14th February, 2013.
