We hereby inform that, on 1st February, 2013, 140 units of commercial paper, with a nominal value of 50.000,00 EUR, of the company SONAECOM- S.G.P.S., S.A., shall be registered, regarding the issue "SONAECOM 2012 - 7ª EM. PC - PRG 25 M. EUR (BST)", under the code SN3GJM.
This issue will be cancelled on 21th February, 2013.
