We hereby inform that, on 14th February, 2013, 100 units of commercial paper, with a nominal value of 50.000,00 EUR, of the company SAG Gest - Soluções Automóvel Globais - S.G.P.S., S.A., shall be registered, regarding the issue "SAG GEST,S.G.P.S. - 21 EMISSAO PC - PRG 5M EUR (BANIF)", under the code SA1WJM.
This issue will be cancelled on 14th March, 2013.
