We hereby inform that, on 4th March, 2013, 3.000 units of commercial paper, with a nominal value of 50.000,00 EUR, of the company GALP Energia - S.G.P.S., S.A., shall be registered, regarding the issue "GALP Energia - 300ª Emissão PC - PRG 150M EUR (BST)", under the code GA2MJM.
This issue will be cancelled on 4th April, 2013.
