We hereby inform that, on 20th March, 2013, 41 units of commercial paper, with a nominal value of 50.000,00 EUR, of the company EDA - Empresa de Eletricidade dos Açores, S.A., shall be registered, regarding the issue "EDA - 6ª Emissão PC - PRG 6 M EUR", under the code EDA2JM.
This issue will be cancelled on 19th April, 2013.
