We hereby inform that, on 28th May, 2013, 320 units of commercial paper, with a nominal value of 50.000,00 EUR, of the company Sonae Investimentos, S.G.P.S., S.A., were registered, regarding the issue "Sonae Inv. - 12ª Emissão PC - PRG 50 M EUR", under the code MO2IJM.
This issue will be cancelled on 29th July, 2013.
