We hereby inform that, on 20th June, 2013, 45 units of commercial paper, with a nominal value of 50.000,00 EUR, of the company SOMAGUE - S.G.P.S., S.A., shall be registered, regarding the issue "SOMAGUE - 64ª Emissão PC Grupado - PRG 2,250 M EUR", under the code S0AZJM.
This issue will be cancelled on 18th July, 2013.
