We hereby inform that, on 1st October, 2013, 750 units of commercial paper, with a nominal value of 50.000,00 EUR, of the company Sonae Investimentos, S.G.P.S., S.A., shall be registered, regarding the issue "Sonae Invest. 2012 - 25ª Emissão PC - Prog.37,5 M.EUR", under the code MO2TJM.
This issue will be cancelled on 14th October, 2013.
