We hereby inform that, on 15th October, 2013, the issue of bonds "Banco Popular Portugal/2012 - EUR 73.248.000 Senior Notes due Oct. 2015 - Sér.5 - Tr.1 e 2", registered in the Securities Central under the code BNCAOE, shall be cancelled, due to its total anticipated redemption take place on that date.
