We hereby inform that, on 14th October, 2013, 75 units of commercial paper, with a nominal value of 50.000,00 EUR, of the company SAG Gest - Soluções Automóvel Globais - S.G.P.S., S.A., shall be registered, regarding the issue "SAG GEST, S.G.P.S.-29ª Emissão PC-PRG 3,75M EUR (BANIF)", under the code SA1DJM.
This issue will be cancelled on 14th November, 2013.
