We hereby inform that, on 23th October, 2013, 25.000 units, regarding the increase of the issue "Certificados Est. s/ Portugal Telecom SHORT 3X Index", issued by the company Commerzbank Aktiengesellshaft, were registered, under the code KFH3YP. These certificates are fungible with 100.000 certificates already issued (total amount in circulation: 125.000).
